Real estate is fast-paced and competitive, but that shouldn’t stop agents from keeping themselves safe. While dangerous situations can arise unexpectedly, they can be prevented or mitigated with good safety habits and prior knowledge about what they may look like and how to approach them. How do you show a home’s basement with a person you don’t know? Should you visit a new location before you show it to make sure it’s safe? (The answer is yes.) What do you do if a phone call with a new client feels off? I address the situations that might arise for agents before they encounter them so they can protect themselves and keep doing what they love. 

Agents will be empowered to practice safety daily while still being productive in any market. 

I present to Real-estate brokerages on topics including: 

  • How to safely meet a new person 

  • How to be situationally aware while showing a home 

  • Safe social media practices 

  • Warning signs with buyers and sellers 

  • What to do if you’re followed 

  • Setting physical and emotional boundaries in a professional manner 

Youth, Families, and Assault Survivors

When it comes to protecting ourselves, I believe that intuition is the most important personal weapon we have against assault. Intuition is a gift that we all have but most of us have not been taught how to recognize and develop this gift.   

I seek to create a safe space for everyone to listen, feel validated, and share their experiences. I build up their confidence to recognize warning signs of assault, develop situational awareness, and create and enforce their personal boundaries. Youth and adults will be empowered to combat the evils of assault and keep creating safe spaces for all. An empowered human empowers ALL. 

I present to schools, youth groups, church groups, and communities on topics including: 

  • Boundaries, consent, and intuition 

  • Societal perceptions around gender and roles 

  • What is consent and how do we use it? 

  • Signs of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse 

  • How to protect our kids against Sextortion/Exploitation on social media 

  • The Power and Control Dynamic of abuse 

  • Red flags in relationships & how to create more healthy relationships
